Note these items:

Conference check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Room check-in at 3:00 PM.

VERY IMPORTANT: Session for new visitors and first time conference attendees begins at 4:00 PM.

 

FLYING: It is preferable to fly into the Philadelphia International Airport (PHL).  We ask that you arrive between 11 AM & 2 PM to facilitate transportation to the conference center. 

 

Transportation will be provided by PVS to the conference center. (For bus/train, please email us at pvs@prisonervistation.org) Traveling by plane and need assistance? Contact Heartland Travel at 1-800-992-4278 to make your flight arrangements. They find the best prices and coordinate arrivals/departures with the conference schedule. Inform the agent if you are traveling with another PVS visitor. If you do not know the information below at registration time, please email us at pvs@prisonervistation.org when you obtain it.

PVS visitors attending the conference and lodging guests, the "Celebration of All Things PVS" banquet attendance is included in the listed packaged pricing. 

 

Single priced banquet tickets can also be purchased. (Additional $65 for NON-LODGING guest only. Lodging guests include: Shared, Single, and Commuter rates).

A NCIC form must filled out and returned to the PVS National Office if you intend to attend the prison visit.
